  2. Provide Proof: Send your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to our email or WhatsApp.

  3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders confirmed as damaged or incorrect by our team.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Please allow standard banking processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
